  • Product weights (e.g., 100g, 250g, 500g) are approximate and may slightly vary due to hand-packing.

2. Order & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or through our online contact form.
  • Full payment must be made in advance. Payment details will be shared during order confirmation.
  • Once payment is received, we begin processing the order. Cancellation or modification may not be possible afterward.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–4 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.
  • KH Food Products is not responsible for courier delays or factors beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds are only provided if:
    • The product is damaged in transit, or
    • There is a genuine issue, reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof.
